Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Sauté the Onions:
    • In a small skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion in a little bit of butter until it becomes translucent and soft (about 3-4 minutes). Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Kefalos milk, and Kefalos cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
