Spicy Feta Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 200g Kefalos Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 100g Kefalos Cream Cheese
  • 6 medium-sized bell peppers or 12 jalapeños (halved and deseeded)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or coriander (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Kefalos Feta Cheese, Cream Cheese, garlic, paprika, and chilli powder until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill each pepper half generously with the spicy cheese mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15–20 minutes until the tops are golden and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley or coriander and serve immediately.
