Ingredients

For the French Toast:
Cortina Vanilla Ice Cream melted
3 Large eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
8 slices of bread

Optional Toppings:
Kefalos butter
Maple Syrup
Berries

Instructions

Preheat a heavy pan.
In a shallow baking dish, combine the melted CORTINA Vanilla Ice-cream, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Whisk until blended.
Dip both sides of each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing the bread to soak up some of the mixture.
Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray, cook the bread in batches until golden and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Serve hot with desired toppings.
