Ice Cream French Toast

Ingredients

For the French Toast:
Cortina Vanilla Ice Cream melted
3 Large eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2  tsp ground cinnamon
8 slices of bread

Optional Toppings:
Kefalos butter
Maple Syrup
Berries

Instructions

  • Preheat a heavy pan.
  • In a shallow baking dish, combine the melted CORTINA Vanilla Ice-cream, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Whisk until blended.
  • Dip both sides of each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing the bread to soak up some of the mixture.
  • Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray, cook the bread in batches until golden and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Serve hot with desired toppings.
