The Ultimate Three Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Kefalos Whole Fresh Milk
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • ¼ cup Kefalos Cheddar, grated
  • ¼ cup Kefalos Gouda, grated
  • ¼ cup Kefalos Cream Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional: parsley, chives)

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with Kefalos Whole Fresh Milk until light and frothy. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and cook undisturbed for 1 minute.
  4. Gently lift the edges to let uncooked egg flow underneath.
  5. Sprinkle Cheddar and Gouda over one half, then add spoonfuls of Cream Cheese.
  6. Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until just set.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
