Yoghurt Pizza dough

  • 2 Cups self-raising wheat flour
  • 1 Cup Kefalos Greek-Style Yoghurt
  • • Cooking spray or KEFALOS butter


  1. Set aside ½ self-raising wheat flour – sprinkle some on your clean work service
  2. Mix 1 ½ cups self-raising wheat flour with 1 cup KEFALOS Greek Style Yoghurt in a bowl.
  3. When combined, knead the dough on the working service covered with flour until it doesn’t cling to your hands. Keep sprinkling some of the flour which you set aside as you knead until you have a firm ball of dough.
  4. Heat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  5. Spray cooking spray or wipe KEFALOS butter on the baking tray.
  6. Flatten the pizza dough to the size and shape you want your pizza to be.
  7. Bake for approximately 5 minutes.
  8. Now that you prepared a par baked pizza base, you can add tomato paste and all your favourite KEFALOS cheeses and other toppings. Bake for a further 8 – 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden and enjoy the easiest pizza in the house!
