Melted Ice Cream Cake

  • 2 Cups melted ice cream (any flavour)
  • 1.5 Cup self-raising wheat flour


  1. Place the melted ice cream in a medium sized mixing bowl
  2. Mix in the self-raising flour until you have a thick batter
  3. Spoon the batter into a greased or lined bread tin and smooth out evenly
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
  5. To test if the cake is ready, insert a toothpick or skewer in the centre. If it comes out clean your cake is ready
  6. Cool down the cake on a cooling rack
  7. You can slice the cake and serve just as it is or you can decorate it with sprinkles, icing, or any topping of your choice
  8. If you want to be a little more adventurous, add fresh blueberries as we have in our picture.
