Express Macaroni and Cheese in a Mug

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup small elbow shaped macaroni (you can use the larger macaroni, but may need to cook it a little longer)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup KEFALOS Diced Cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Kefalos whole Fresh Milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the macaroni, salt, and water in a large mug. You can also use a large microwave safe bowl if you want to avoid it boiling over.
  2. Microwave at full power for 2 minutes and stir. Microwave until al dente for another two minutes or a little longer depending on your microwave oven.
  3. Drain all the excess water.
  4. Add the KEFALOS diced cheddar and KEFALOS whole fresh milk and cook for another minute.
  5. Stir the cheese and milk thoroughly through the pasta and serve in the mug.
